About Chronic Illness Hotline

Launching Late 2025

The Chronic Illness Hotline, by Project Build, is committed to addressing the need for a dedicated space where individuals facing health conditions can process their unique challenges and celebrate their victories. Through a free, 24/7 USA nationwide hotline, Project Build will offer trained “Compassion Counselors” ready to listen, understand, and cheerlead, ensuring no one feels alone.

Our Mission

To deliver compassion, understanding, and support for the unique challenges and triumphs experienced by those living with chronic illness, injury, pain, and neurodivergence. We will maintain the most comprehensive resource database within these communities.

We’re excited to introduce you to Chronic Illness Hotline (CIH) a program of Project Build!

In order to become an official nonprofit, create a free standing unique service, and support the ongoing mental health crisis in our country, we must fundraise for all of our important professional services to begin.

Project Build provides Chronic Illness Hotline, which will bring together public health practitioners, medical professionals, data analysis firms, security experts, and many others for our development.

Realistically, we expect the launch of textline services in late 2025. Your donation will help develop, not only a textline for support, but hopefully a virtual community center for available resources across the USA. All of our services will be free of charge.

You will also aid in creating much needed flexible employment opportunities for individuals with chronic health conditions.

The Chronic Illness Hotline is an important and much needed addition to our community because it will provide an outlet for individuals with chronic illness, injury, pain, disability, or neurodivergence. Upon launching in 2025, we will be able to provide textline services to those who are not quite in crisis but want to talk to someone about their story.

CIH is also significant to our community because we are founded and run by individuals with chronic conditions themselves. Therefore, our texters will never feel alone on their journey as we too can understand how stressful, scary, and isolating this can be.

CIH’s goal is to give an outlet for texters to express their emotions. Whether it is for frustations or for unique celebrations we want them to be seen and understood. We can connect with our community on a deeper level, which is something we are proud to be able to offer as soon as our fundraising and program development is completed.

Our Project Build and partnership with AnchoRRa makes each donation supercharged for changing the way support is offered to our community.

Together, let’s find comfort in conversation.
